Virtual Open Houses Galore!!

When Florida went on lockdown back in March, and we were all issued a Stay At Home Order, I feel like most of the Real Estate industry started to panic a bit. Of course, we were concerned about the health and safety of our community - but we needed a way to still show homes! We have a duty to our sellers, and nothing was stopping us! 

Our solution - Facebook Live Virtual Open Houses! Colleen had a ton of fun being able to hop on Facebook and stream houses to everyone who wanted to watch from the safety of their homes. In fact, Colleen liked doing them so much - she's continuing Virtual Open Houses even though Florida restrictions have been lifted. 

We have created a BRAND NEW playlist on the Bell Henderson Team YouTube page to allow those who may have missed the opportunity to see a house while Colleen was streaming on Facebook.
