About Palma Ceia
This South Tampa community developed in the 1900’s during Tampa’s land boom along with many other South Tampa subdivisions. The 1916 construction of the nearby golf course of the same name cemented this area’s desirability that continues to this day.
A highly desirable residential area, Palma Ceia is a premier community with some 3,200 residents occupying a variety of almost 1,700 households including moderate condos and townhomes and high-end homes. With classic brick paved streets, Palma Ceia is sought after for its many beautiful properties, great school district and easy walkability. A convenient locale just around the corner from Bayshore Boulevard allows access to Tampa’s amenities such as Tampa International Airport, downtown, MacDill AFB and the Palma Ceia Design District with a variety of specialty shops, boutiques and cafes.
