About Parkland Estates
Originally developed in the 1920’s as an affluent planned community by noted South Tampa developer Allen J. Simms who is also responsible for building New Suburb Beautiful and the Floridian Hotel.
Parkland Estates’ beginning paved the way for this affluent community’s growth into the desirable and respected subdivision it is today. With brick lined streets and stately homes set back on deep lots, this community exhibits a grace and elegance of times gone by. This quiet community is now home to just over 1,000 residents and barely under 500 households comprising a mixture of condos and townhomes with luxuriant estates.
